AI job matching

Match your resume to jobs with AI

Receive personalized job recommendations based on skills, experience, education, certifications, location and career goals — ranked by genuine fit, not keyword overlap.

AI matching a resume against open roles

AI job matching compares the meaning of your profile against the meaning of every open role instead of matching keywords. Your uploaded resume is parsed into structured signals — skills, job titles, seniority, industries, education, certifications and location preferences — and each job is represented the same way. The engine scores the overlap and ranks roles by fit, so a "Golang engineer" surfaces for a "Backend Engineer (Go)" posting, and the ranking sharpens as you save, apply to or dismiss roles.

How it works

From resume to ranked matches

1

Upload your resume once

Parsing extracts your skills, titles, dates, education and certifications into structured fields — no forms to fill in.

2

Confirm your profile and goals

Review what the parser read, then add what a resume does not say: target titles, salary expectation, locations, and whether you want remote work.

3

Receive ranked recommendations

Every open role is scored against your profile and ordered by fit, with the specific overlap shown so you can see why a role was surfaced.

4

Apply in one click and refine

Easy Apply submits your stored resume instantly. Each save, application and dismissal feeds back into the ranking, so recommendations get more accurate over time.

What the engine does

Matching built on real signals

Six things the matching engine does that a keyword search cannot.

Semantic, not keyword

Roles are matched on meaning, so different vocabulary for the same skill still connects.

Multi-signal scoring

Skills, seniority, industry, education, certifications and location are all weighted together.

Transparent fit

Each recommendation shows the overlap that produced it, so you can judge the match yourself.

Learns from your behaviour

Saves, applications and dismissals continuously retune what you are shown.

Location and work model aware

Remote, hybrid and onsite preferences are treated as real constraints, not tags.

Matched alerts

Get notified the moment a role clears your fit threshold, before it hits the wider market.

AI matching, explained

How does AI job matching work?

AI job matching reads your resume and builds a structured profile of your skills, job titles, seniority, industries, education, certifications and location preferences. Each open role is represented the same way, and the engine scores how closely the two overlap in meaning rather than in wording — so a "Golang engineer" matches a "Backend Engineer (Go)" role. Results are ranked by fit score, and the ranking improves as you save, apply to, or dismiss roles.

What is Easy Apply?

Easy Apply is one-click application. Because your resume and profile are already stored on InnoHireJobs, applying to an Easy Apply role submits them straight to the employer without re-uploading files or retyping your history. Roles that support it are labelled on the job card and the job page, and any screening questions the employer added are shown before you submit.

Can I upload one resume for multiple applications?

Yes. One uploaded resume can be used for unlimited applications. You can also store several versions — for example one tailored to engineering roles and one to management roles — set a default, and pick which version to send on each application. Whichever version you send is recorded with that application.

How is AI job matching different from keyword search?

Keyword search returns roles whose text contains the words you typed. AI matching compares the meaning of your profile against the meaning of each role — skills, seniority, industry and intent — so it surfaces relevant roles that use different vocabulary and ranks them by genuine fit instead of by word frequency.

What does the matching engine use from my resume?

Skills and tools, job titles and seniority, years and continuity of experience, industries you have worked in, education, and certifications. Your stated preferences — target titles, locations, work model and salary expectation — are applied on top as constraints.

Do I need to keep updating my profile?

Only when something material changes: a new role, a new skill, a new certification, or a change in what you are looking for. Day-to-day accuracy improves on its own from the roles you save, apply to and dismiss.

Can employers see my match score?

Employers see how well applicants and database candidates fit the role they are hiring for, ranked. They do not see your scores against other companies' jobs, and your visibility in the resume database stays under your control.

Is AI job matching free?

Yes. AI matching, recommendations, Easy Apply and application tracking are free for job seekers, with no limit on the number of applications.
