What is Easy Apply?
Easy Apply is one-click application. Because your resume and profile are already stored on InnoHireJobs, applying to an Easy Apply role submits them straight to the employer without re-uploading files or retyping your history. Roles that support it are labelled on the job card and the job page, and any screening questions the employer added are shown before you submit.
How can recruiters contact candidates?
Verified recruiters can message any candidate whose profile is visible in the resume database, directly through the platform's messaging inbox. Candidates receive the message in their own inbox and can reply, ignore it, or block the company. Candidates control this: you can make your profile private, or hide it from specific employers, at any time.
Can I upload one resume for multiple applications?
Yes. One uploaded resume can be used for unlimited applications. You can also store several versions — for example one tailored to engineering roles and one to management roles — set a default, and pick which version to send on each application. Whichever version you send is recorded with that application.
